Looking to buy Photoshop ….?

I enjoy digital scrapbooking "supplies" and I'm considering buying photoshop, I think is what everyone uses. It is here all the advice before investing your money?

If you are not intend to use Photoshop to more than, say, one or two hours per day, or even use the advanced features, then I recommend you get Photoshop Elements. Makes about 60% of what makes an interface more simple Ps, with many presets for things like digital scrapbooking and framing.

An angry and unhappy customer can be a headache for the employee to cope, but if you use the right key, can become a win-win. Some standards of conduct and you should both walk away happy.

First, always keep calm. Do not become defensive. If you are relaxed, help clients better stay calm. Do not argue with the customer and do not blame them. This will only lead to a vicious circle of words and do nothing. Be professional.

Show respect to the customer. Listen to his words, no tone. His words tell you the problem. Do not interrupt. They can say whatever they have to say. Show empathy for their problem. If they feel they have someone who cares about the situation, are more likely to work with you.

Once the client has sent the complaint, repeat the real problem that you two that you understand. Now you are ready to solve the problem together. For example the client to solve problems gives them a sense of having some control over the situation. Listen to their ideas and offer his own. Once an agreement has been reached, repeat so that you and the client are on the same page.

Once a solution is agreed, to act quickly to resolve the complaint. A customer who is treated with respect and be treated fairly is much more likely that they were returning from a angry and dissatisfied.

The suggestions are common sense. Addressing an angry customer with the same respect would be treated with the same situation. If you keep this in mind, you'll be half the battle.
